Linden & Northcliff heritage homes
Linden and the upper parts of Northcliff have some of the oldest housing in Randburg — 1950s and 1960s family homes with double-brick walls and original plasterwork. We use lower-impact drilling on heritage homes and we are mindful of older plaster finishes that don't take aggressive techniques well.
Cresta & Ferndale family homes
These central Randburg suburbs are full of solid family homes from the 1970s and 1980s. Lounges are usually generous, walls take a bracket beautifully, and cable concealment via slim trunking (painted to match) is the standard approach where in-wall isn't practical.
Blairgowrie, Robindale & Sundowner
Older family homes with double-brick walls. Most installs here are fixed or tilt brackets at a comfortable lounge viewing height, plus a smaller bedroom TV done as part of the same visit. We are happy to bundle multiple TVs into one trip.
Townhouse complexes & cluster developments
Newer cluster developments through Olivedale, Boskruin and parts of Sundowner are mostly drywall on timber framing. Stud-anchored installs hold securely; cable concealment in drywall is fully invisible.
